In order to exceed our goals of full transparency, we created our own public registry and gallery that displays every minted NFT raffle entry. Each customized NFT is automatically displayed in the Avazoo gallery. If an individual decides not to share their personalized NFT in our gallery, then the only information shared publicly on the Avazoo registry is their name, and the original blockchain transaction information.

The Draw Event

The world will be mesmerized as it watches the live televised Avazoo drawing event to find out who has won the 100 different one million dollar prizes and the billion dollar grand prize!

Celebrities will participate in the drawing of the 100 one million dollar winners as well as the one billion dollar grand prize winner. With that many winning entries, this drawing event will last multiple days.

The first drawing will be done prior to the live event, when Avazoo will fulfill its obligation of awarding the overall 1-in-3 stated odds by drawing over 16 million $10 cash prize winners. The founders were adamant about certain aspects of the raffle. They wanted to create a program that would not be perceived as gambling or cause anyone to go into debt playing.

Everything about Avazoo and the raffle had to follow all the laws of the land and be 100% legal. The raffle needed to be affordable for everyone. Every security measure would need to be taken to protect the player, the prize money, and the company. Most importantly, the raffle’s main goal had to be to raise billions of dollars for charities and nonprofits worldwide.

Our Raffle Is Legally Rock-Solid

How do you launch history’s largest raffle ever? This was the question that our founders had to work extremely hard for nearly 10 years to figure out. The challenge would be to convince the world that Avazoo’s Billion Dollar Raffle was indeed a very real event. The Avazoo Billion Dollar Raffle is operated by NCGAC Limited within its interactive gaming license with the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) of the Philippines. As a licensed Interactive Gaming Operator, NCGAC Limited is authorized to conduct e-Casino and other interactive or online games under the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSZEFP) Interactive Gaming Rules and Regulations (IGRR) of 2017. Gaming, both land based and interactive (online) are permitted by law, The Cagayan Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 (RA 7922), in the zone. Under the same law, CEZA falls under the jurisdiction of the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines.

The Avazoo Billion Dollar raffle is a joint venture between NCGAC Limited and Avazoo Worldwide. The rules and regulations under which the raffle is being undertaken ensures that it meets strict and stringent criteria under the watchful eyes of Philippine government authorities. As spelled out in the CEZA rules and regulations, the Philippine government’s objectives in regulating interactive gaming in the zone includes the following:

1. To ensure fair, honest and responsible conduct of gaming and gaming related activities.
2. To ensure that adequate safeguards are established and enforced to prevent interactive gaming activities as a conduit of money laundering activities or otherwise being associated in any way with crime or criminality.

What Is D-Day?

With the successful completion of the first raffle, we plan to launch additional raffles, with the expectation of launching a new one every month! After 11 successive Billion Dollar Raffles are completed, Avazoo will officially launch the 12th Raffle, which will be known as the $5 Billion Dollar D-Day Raffle!

“D-Day” stands for the single largest DRAWING DAY in the history of the world! No other raffle or lottery has ever come close to offering a single guaranteed Grand Prize of $5 Billion Dollars!

Every 12th Raffle is designed as Avazoo’s way of saying “Thank You!” to everyone who participated in the previous 11 Billion Dollar Raffles. Every 12th Raffle will offer a higher number of available entries for purchase in order to allow past participants, as well as new players, to participate worldwide in this $5 Billion Dollar D-Day Raffle!

Raffle Timelines

Now that we have explained a little bit about what the $5 Billion Dollar D-Day Raffle is, let us explain the steps of how the first 11 Avazoo Billion Dollar Raffles will work. From the day the first entry goes on sale, we anticipate all 50 million available entries worldwide to sell out quickly, within approximately 100 days. We realize though that it may take longer subject to effective marketing, advertising, and celebrity endorsements.

For the protection of everyone involved, if due to any unforeseen reasons all 50 million entries are not sold, Avazoo will notify and ask all entry holders to vote on whether to extend entry sales up to an additional 6 months. If all tickets are not sold in that time, entry holders have the option to either receive 70% of their purchase price back, or to re-extend, keeping their entry and continuing to earn additional free entries and a chance for monthly bonus prizes.

Avazoo also reserves the right to end the raffle early if necessary, before all 50 million entries are sold. In this event we will still ensure that one in three entry holders win cash prizes and all prize amounts will be prorated according to the number of entries sold. For example, should there be a major disaster somewhere in the world which needs urgent funds, Avazoo at its discretion by the board of directors, may choose to close entry sales and hold the raffle draw early so that proceeds after prize payouts can be used for charitable aid.

In the event that a raffle is extended, or ended early, Avazoo will notify all entry holders by email.

After all 50 million entries are sold, the raffle will officially close, and there will be a minimum guaranteed 30 day window in which every entry holder will have the ability to earn additional free Entries in the Avazoo app.

Then, once the 1 in 3 drawing day has concluded and all winners have been notified, Avazoo will announce within 20 days when the start of the Miracle 6 Day Live Drawing Event will take place. During this live telecast, all of the remaining cash prize winners will be drawn, including the $1 Billion Dollar grand prize! This live Miracle Day Drawing Event will only occur for Avazoo’s very first Billion Dollar Raffle. Avazoo will launch and conduct 10 additional Billion Dollar Raffles after the first, which will all follow the same format, with the exception of being televised as a live event. Once the 11th Billion Dollar Raffle has been launched, Avazoo will then announce the launch date of the 12th Raffle known as the $5 Billion Dollar D-Day (DRAWING-DAY) Raffle. We anticipate that there will be more than 50 million entries available for sale during this special raffle event to allow more people around the world the ability to participate. Every raffle that Avazoo launches will follow the same projected timeline:

• Raffle #1 begins on a specified launch date
• Projected close of Raffle #1 is 100 days after launch date
• Upon the close of Raffle #1, a 30 day guaranteed window begins to earn any final additional Free Entries in the Avazoo App for every Entry Holder
• Avazoo will then announce the projected 1 in 3 Drawing Date within 10 days
• The projected 1 in 3 Drawing Date will be scheduled within 20 days of that announcement
• After all 1 in 3 winners are verified and notified, the projected Miracle Day Drawing Event will be announced within 20 days
• Raffle #2 projected launch date will be 90 days after thelaunch date of Raffle #1
• Raffle #2 projected Miracle Drawing date will be 180 days after the official launch start date
• Raffle #2 will follow the same timeline as stated above for Raffle #1
• Raffle #3 projected launch date will be 90 days after the launch date of Raffle #2
• Raffle #3 projected Miracle Drawing date will be 180 days after the official launch start date
• Raffle #3 will follow the same timeline as stated above for Raffle #1
• Raffles #4 through #11 will follow the same timeline as all Raffles above with the exception that each successive Raffle will launch a projected 30 days after the previous one

EXAMPLE: Raffle #4 projected launch date will be 30 days after the launch date of Raffle #3. Raffle #5 projected launch date will be 30 days after the launch date of Raffle #4, and so on and so forth, until Raffle #11 has been officially launched.

• After Raffle #11 has officially launched, Avazoo will then prepare to announce the projected launch date of Raffle #12, known as the $5 Billion Dollar D-Day (DRAWING-DAY) Raffle
• It is projected that this Special $5 Billion Dollar D-Day 12th Raffle will follow the same timeline as the first 11, Billion Dollar Raffles, with the exception that there may be more than 50 million Entries available for Sale Worldwide
• Once all Avazoo raffle entries are sold for this special $5 Billion Dollar D-Day Raffle, Avazoo will then announce the projected date of the extravagant, live televisionevent that will be broadcast around the world where all winners of the huge cash prizes will be drawn live, including the $5 Billion Dollar guaranteed grand prize winner!
