Avazoo Worldwide Corporation (AWC) (“The Company”, “we”, “us”), in the course of our e-commerce business process personal data about our customers and visitors (“you”) on our websites (INTER ALIA WWW.AVAZOO.COM) We make efforts to handle your personal data with care, keep it secure and comply with data protection laws on a global basis. WWW.AVAZOO.COM is a part of the Company, engaged in lead and sales generation online regarding services relative to a Global Raffle event and other Good Cause Fund Generation. AWC is domiciled in Belize with Direct and Non-Direct subsidiaries and related Corporate entities in several other countries.

Who is liable for looking after your personal data?

AWC, having its registered address in Belize, is largely and substantially responsible for looking after your personal data (your Data Controller). Data Controller means the company that determines the how, why, means and purposes of processing of personal data.

E-Commerce Transfers/Assignment;

Company reserves the right to transfer all Personally- Identifying Information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of Company or its assets. Other than to the extent ordered by a bankruptcy or other court, the use and disclosure of all transferred Personally-Identifying Information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, or to a new privacy policy if you are given notice of that new privacy policy and are given an opportunity to affirmatively opt- out of it.

Amending/Deleting Account Information

Subject to legal and evidentiary information, you may at any time amend or delete your stored personal data within your account. Upon your request, we will delete certain account and contact information from our active databases. Such information will be deleted as soon as practicable based on Company policy and applicable law. We will retain in our system some Personally Information to prevent fraud, and to assist with future investigatory procedures, to enforce our Terms and Conditions. Do not expect that all your personal data will be completely removed from our databases/systems in response to your account requests.

Security

The Company will endeavor via its Internal Control Systems to monitor and protect all and any personal information provided.

The Company may, in its sole discretion and largely albeit not exhaustively to maintain a compliance with Legal and jurisdictional change, amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any and all changes to the Privacy Policy will be reflected on this page and in real time. You are hereby advised to monitor and check for changes and updates to the Privacy Policy to ensure you are in agreement with such. Children/Under Age Users

Regarding Children, the Company adopts the same principles and guidelines as detailed within The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) as is legislation within the United States of America and in conjunction with such guidelines as detailed by the World Lottery Association (WLA). Such legislation and guidelines protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. There are certain elements to our Company website/s that are in our opinion appropriate for children of 13 years and older, such as Charitable Donations, Good Cause Events and Helping Others in Need, that such children can participate in. However, it should be noted that NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE/GAMING ASPECT OF OUR SERVICES AND OR WEBSITES.

Information Release Request

Fully paid up users, whose account is current at the time of such a request, are at liberty, should they wish, on a once yearly basis only and via electronic means (email only), to request a copy all and any personal information held by the Company.

However as mentioned above certain personal information is held by us on a perpetual basis in case needed for legal and or investigate reasons even in the event you instruct us otherwise. We may keep certain personal data for a period to meet jurisdictional legal and tax legislation and accountability.

Where your relative personal data is no longer required and as and when instructed by you, we will ensure it is securely deleted to the best of our capabilities.
